How to make a seafood stuffed shell without any fish sauce
- by admin
When I asked a friend to make her fish stuffed shell, she told me that she had never cooked fish before.
So I asked her what kind of fish would make a good fish stuffed-shell.
“I like a big piece of salmon,” she said.
I tried her suggestion, and the salmon, though delicious, was a little on the pricey side.
So, I decided to make my own.
It was a big task.
It took me about two hours to prepare the seafood, but I made it in a matter of days.
It tasted like real fish, but without any of the seasoning or salt.
Here are the ingredients and how I made mine.
I chose salmon because I had the best tasting salmon that I had ever had.
The salt is a bit off, so I used a little more salt than normal.
I also used about 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth, and 1 1 / 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, which is the same soy sauce that is used in Asian food.
To make the sauce, I used about 2 cups of water, but it took a little longer.
I added some brown sugar to the sauce to add a little sweetness.
Then I stirred in a couple tablespoons of rice vinegar.
Finally, I added about a cup of chopped green onions and a few cloves of garlic.
The sauce can be served hot or cold, as long as you let it cool before serving.
If you don’t like the taste of the sauce but want a fish stuffed version, I suggest using fresh salmon instead.
